Stairs are usually an indicator of a bar's cool factor, and Therapy didn't disappoint. Had a couple of amazing custom cocktails (I forget what they call it, but you give the staff a flavour profile and they come up with something for you). Very attentive service despite the bar being quite busy. Despite my date and I being twice the age of almost all the other patrons, we didn't feel out of place. No atmosphere rating as we went on Saturday night and it was just a *tad* rowdy which seems to disagree with other reviewers' experiences. I'd like to visit again on a work night when it's probably a bit more chilled.

Easily the best cocktail bar in Adelaide. They make amazing custom made cocktails by truly talented people and the staff are both friendly and attentive.

Had a pleasant experience at therapy. Dropped by for a quick cocktail, I had a whiskey sour and my wife had her espresso martini fix. The cocktails were good, and the vibes were really nice. We dropped by on a Saturday evening and it wasn’t too packed we were able to walk in. Would recommend to visit!

I stepped into this bar on a whim and I’m so glad I did! The staff and drinks were amazing! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. It was so fun to sit at the bar and watch them do their thing! The vibe of the bar is very speakeasy-like with the dim lighting which only adds to the experience. Definitely a great place to have a cocktail, their extensive menu made it very difficult to choose just one!

Amazing service, patient and caring staff (I wish I caught the name of the lady who took care of us otherwise I would give her a shoutout) I have not been able to stop thinking about the pavlova cocktail 10/10 highly recommend!!

My therapist was really great! Awesome service and so so friendly. Not to mention the drinks were lovely! Me and my friend visited Wednesday night, I wish I got the name of the amazing person that served us. She was absolutely phenomenal!! On another note I really appreciated the Mariah Carey classics they had playing and also wanted to apologise for our bad karaoke the whole time we were there ❤️

We didn't eat at this time establishment. But in saying that, we made up for it with drinks. The staff are lovely, the divine concoctions of liquor are out of this world. We love it here!

Alannah is a really good bartender/server. The service we had was exceptional and she was very bubbly and fun to converse with. She was patient and listened to your requests and even in confusion, had provided us suggestions and recommendations which were all 10/10. This displayed her extensive knowledge in the industry as all recommendations were suited for me and my party. Very kind and always had lots of energy. She provided us amazing service and had several different customers to tend to. This to me had portrayed her great work ethic. Lovely girl and one of the best employees ever!!

Our go to cocktail bar. So many choices, a relaxed, chilled atmosphere. We usually sit in the booth across from the bar and watch the cocktails being made.
